Because everything is made to order, except those found in the Ready to Ship section, all sales are final!! Please allow 14 business days from time of order for processing. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after completion.

Local Pick-Up
For customers located in the Birmingham area, there is local pick-up available at the Hoover Target in The Grove.

Care Instructions
Because our items are handmade, we suggest hand washing or gentle cycle in the washing machine and laying flat to dry. Do not submerge pom poms while washing.
